Stockholm City Hall

The City Hall of Stockholm, with its spire featuring the golden Three Crowns, is one of Sweden's most fascinating and impressive buildings.
The  buiding is mostly known for the great Nobel Banquet, which is held there every year on the 10th of December after the Nobel Prize Ceremony.
After the dinner in the Blue Hall, the Nobel Prize laureates, royalty and distinguished guests, all dance in the Golden Hall  with its 18 million golden mosaic tiles. The City Hall was built from eight million bricks and opened in 1923.
In the summer, you can also visit the City Hall Tower, 106 meters high,  offering a magnificent view of Stockholm.
