To secure your booking, please pay the 50% deposit. A payment request will be sent to you and you can pay with any credit card.
The balance can be paid as you meet your guide in Stockholm by cash USD, € or SEK. You can also pay the full amount before the tour by credit card, please let us know in this case.

You can cancel the tour free of charge up to one month before your booked date, up to one week before the tour, and you will get your deposit repaid. If you cancel 8-30 days before the tour, we will charge you the deposit payment, 50% and 0-7 days we will charge 100% of the payment.

Exceptions:
If you cancel because of serious illness or covid related issues, like a covid break-out on a cruise ship,
you can cancel without charge if you can provide a medical evidence or a statement from your ship.
You can also cancel without charge if your cruise ship does not come into the port as planned.
